Assembled Quick Click Dust Separator with 12 Gallon Locking Collection Bin and Air Relief

  • Designed to efficiently separate dust, debris, and liquids from an airstream and collect the material in a general purpose recovery bin reducing the materials which reach the vacuum
  • The Quick Click separator design offers a wide diameter smoothed air path to increase the efficiency of the cyclonic separation of debris from the air path and optimize the power coming from your vacuums air stream
  • Both the collection bin and quick click separator are manufactured in the USA and will arrive fully assembled
  • 12 gallon HDPE pail for capturing the debris. The bin has a heavy duty threaded lid replacing the typical pry lid with the threaded solution makes it easy to empty debris and assures years of reliable service without risk of damage to the lid
  • The bin is equipped with an air relief feature which helps insure against a sealed suction condition which can contribute to reduced motor life. The air relief feature can be adjusted to meet conditions. We recommend the relief be adjusted to open as the system approaches a 95% sealed condition.
  • Separators saves on the cost replacement bags and filters in your vacuum reducing cost over time and can contribute to increased vacuum life
  • Both the intake and from the working hose and out-take to the vacuum accept industry typical 2.25 hose connections. This dimension is often described as 2.5 or 1 7/8 in vacuum literature. Measure the male end of intended hoses to confirm your diameter
